Once upon a time, I revelledin the idea
of landing my two soles on South American soils. At last I took the plunge and
journeyed through this electrifying continent where I came head to head with
the unexpected, the fierce, the bold and the beautiful and on many occasions
the unexplained. I’m now writing a travelogue on my twenty one months of
